WiseCloud started from a simple insight: there is a better way to build teams. We combine experience from both sides to create teams that work over time.

Our journey

When we were running companies in Sweden ourselves, we faced the same challenges many others do – it was hard to find the right competence locally, while needs kept growing.

Through contacts in the Philippines, we started experimenting with building teams outside Sweden. What began as a first step quickly grew into something bigger.

We saw that it was possible to build teams with high quality, strong culture and long-term stability – if done the right way. That's where the idea for WiseCloud was born.

From experience to a model

We've made the journey ourselves. It started with solving our own recruitment needs – but over time we built a model that worked better than traditional alternatives.

That experience is what WiseCloud is built on today.
